Community Guidelines:
Respect for Others: All travelers should treat each other, the HFDG team, hotel partners, tour operators, and any other activity providers with respect, regardless of their background, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic. Any discriminatory behavior or harassment will not be tolerated and will be cause for a traveler’s immediate removal from the Trip.
Responsibility: All travelers are responsible for their actions during the trip. This includes respecting local customs and laws, as well as taking care of their personal belongings and maintaining the cleanliness of shared spaces.
Timeliness: All travelers are expected to arrive on time for all group activities and meetings. Delays can inconvenience other members and disrupt the group’s itinerary.
Communication: All travelers should communicate openly and respectfully with each other and the Trip Leader. Any concerns or conflicts should be addressed promptly and constructively.
Safety: All travelers should prioritize their own safety and the safety of others. They should follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Trip Leader and local authorities.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
Harassment, Discrimination, and Abusive Behavior: Any travelers that display discriminatory behavior, harassment, or abusive behavior will be immediately removed from the trip.
Violence and Threats: Any traveler that engages in violent behavior or threatens the safety of others will be immediately removed from the trip.
Illegal Activities: Any traveler that engages in illegal activities will be immediately removed from the trip.
Disruptive Behavior: Any traveler who disrupts the group’s activities or accommodations may be asked to leave the trip.
Drugs: Possession or use of illegal substances will not be tolerated. Recreational drug usage, including legal recreational usage, will not be tolerated during group activities, at the partner hotels, or during group transportation.
Alcohol: Drink responsibly and we shouldn’t have a problem. Excess alcohol use puts yourself, the group, and our partners at risk.
Any language or actions deemed inconsistent with the rules and regulations set forth in these Terms, the terms and conditions of hotels, tour operators, or activity partners, or with local, state, or national laws or regulations are immediate grounds for the termination of Have Fun Do Good services for the remainder of the Trip.
The trip leader has the final and absolute say in enforcing the Community Guidelines and Zero Tolerance Policy. Any travelers who breach this agreement or the regulations set forth by any third-party suppliers for a Trip will not be permitted to travel with Have Fun Do Good in the future. No additional service from Have Fun Do Good nor refunds will be granted or guaranteed in the event that these Terms are breached.
